Hello welcome to my blog and today’s topic is Banana Pudding. I love Banana Pudding but, I do not put Banana’s in the pudding and in the dish name it has Banana’s in it but I could not add the banana’s, some of you always put Banana’s in the banana pudding, but this blog is about Banana Pudding without the Banana’s. My main plan for this blog is to give the best description of banana pudding without the banana’s.
Well I am not a skilled Banana pudding maker but I do know what I like in my banana pudding and some of you may agree with me, so here is a list of the things I look for in Banana Pudding.

- The Cookies need to be cooked but not burnt
- Creamy and not soggy
- The cookies must be Nilla Wafers
- The cookies should not be falling apart
What I have just listed are just my own thoughts on how I like my banana pudding which may differ from yours. There is one thing that I think in making in dish that needs to go in the oven, is to keep an eye on it. Many times I have tasted a banana pudding that is burnt just because that person didn’t know the estimated time. It all depends on the size of your pudding but all I can say is that check on the pudding and when it turns golden brown take it out.

Thank you so much for clicking on this blog, please let me know if there is any food you want me to try next or any food you want me to recreate but for right now I’m out.
